Stephanie was nothing short of amazing! We met her at an open house she was hosting and knew from that moment she was the realtor for us. She was always quick to respond to texts/calls and stayed on top of what we were looking for to assure we got to view a home as soon as it hit the market. Stephanie was a lifesaver and I could not recommend her enough as a realtor. My wife and I had to relocate to a different part of the state within a short period of time and we both had our doubts about being able to sell our house so quickly, but Stephanie from day 1 assured us that she could sell it and make it as painless as possible. And she did exactly that! She was always available and helpful and always answered any questions/concerns we had (most of the time we didn't even have questions because she keeps you updated so you always know what's going on). The entire process was made so much smoother working with Stephanie, who is not only an excellent realtor, she is a genuine and caring person. Growing up in the country, and living in a constantly remodeled farm house, i became extremely appreciative of all the work it took to transform something that seemed outdated and impossible, to something profoundly beautiful! This is where my passion in real estate began at such a young age.
Now, I have the opportunity to help buyers and sellers with their own real estate journey and dreams in North East Ohio. on the selling side, I provide a luxury marketing plan with every listing. What home sellers don’t understand that it’s not about putting a sign in the yard and posting online. It’s finding the best, qualified buyer who loves your home and sees its value and creating a beautiful story. With a marketing background, and over 4 years working for top agents in the area, I know what it takes to reach those buyers and a plan in place that no other agent offers.
On the buying side, I love helping first time home buyers, and investors see the potential in any home. Knowing your ROI, and how much equity you can have in a home are big things to know when you are investing in real estate, as a landlord, flipper, or first time hole buyer.
